I was lucky to be off work early before Christmas. That gave me enough time to get everything done without being stressed. Yes, I did some of my errands today, bought fresh meat at the slaughter and some fresh vegetables and fruits at the farmer’s market. What ever I do these days, I’m taking my time. On purpose I take time to watch my surrounding and I don’t get stressed with a busy and fast speeding world. Doing this can be so peaceful, especially knowing you got all your stuff done… It actually is a great feeling. This is what I’m trying to teach my son too, watching the world moving fast and still having time to cherish the moment. We are enjoying a special time of the year and are looking forward to spend it with our beloved ones.

Take a deep breath and please watch out for yourself. Don’t let them rush you and please make sure to enjoy!

Ich hatte das Glück, früh vor Weihnachten Urlaub von meiner Arbeit zu haben. Das gab mir genug Zeit, um alles zu erledigen, ohne gestresst zu sein. Ja, ich habe heute zwar noch ein paar Besorgungen gemacht, frisches Fleisch beim Schlachter und frisches Gemüse und Obst auf dem Bauernmarkt gekauft. Was immer ich in diesen Tagen tue, ich nehme mir Zeit. Mit Absicht nehme ich mir Zeit, um meine Umgebung zu beobachten, und ich lasse mich von einer zu schnellen Welt nicht beeinflussen. Das kann so friedlich sein, insbesondere wenn einem bewusst ist, dass mal alle seine Erledigungen bereits umgesetzt hat… Es ist eigentlich wirklich ein tolles Gefühl. Das ist es, was ich versuche, auch meinem Sohn beizubringen, die sich schnell bewegende Welt zu beobachten und trotzdem Zeit zu haben und den Moment zu schätzen! Wir genießen eine besondere Zeit des Jahres und freuen uns darauf, sie mit unseren Lieben zu verbringen.

Atme tief ein und pass auf dich auf. Lassen dich nicht stressen, sondern genieße den Augenblick trotz des geschäftigen Treibens!
