Welcome to the carousel

Back in teenage days, I wrote a short story called “escaping the carousel”. It was about me and the general feeling of turning around in a circle and not being able to escape from it. Years passed by and I still remember the carousel. It stands for childhood and teenage memories and understanding the nature of life.

Being a grown-up, I still enjoy to the carousel spinning around itself. I do appreciate the magic of childhood and I remember all those dreams, wishes and ideas… and I am thankful for any experience I learned on my way. Now it is up to me to help the new generation grow and deal with the life that is taking place here and now.

I wanna keep the spirit and the mystery of the old days alive though, as it sure holds a lot of happy, fulfilling and great lessons. I learned that it is important to be in the current moment and to be thankful for it. There is no bigger gift than life itself. Saying so, there is no need to stop the carousel anymore. There is more to this life than pure science, there are explanations beyond our heart and soul.

We all may hop on and hop of and enjoy the mystery, the glamorous and magic part of life. It’s all about experiencing the carousel of life yourself.

Willkommen zur Karussell Fahrt

Damals als Teenager schrieb ich eine kurze Geschichte namens “escaping the carousel” (dem Karussell entfliehen). Es ging um mich und das allgemeine Gefühl, sich im Kreis zudrehen und nicht in der Lage zu sein, dem zu entkommen. Es vergingen Jahre, und noch heute erinnere ich mich an das Karussell. Es steht für Kindheits- und Jugenderinnerungen und das Verständnis der Natur des Lebens.

Als Erwachsene genieße ich immer noch das Karussell, das sich um sich selbst dreht. Ich schätze die Magie der Kindheit und erinnere mich gern an all diese Träume, Wünsche und Ideen… und ich bin dankbar für jede Erfahrung, die ich auf meinem Weg gelernt habe. Jetzt liegt es an mir, der neuen Generation zum Wachsen zu verhelfen und im hier und jetzt zu sein.

Ich möchte aber auch den Geist und das Geheimnis der alten Tage am Leben erhalten, denn es enthält eine Menge glücklicher, erfüllender und großartiger Lektionen. Ich habe gelernt, dass es wichtig ist, im Augenblick und dafür dankbar zu sein. Es gibt kein größeres Geschenk als das Leben selbst. Wenn man dieses Grundverständnis erlangt hat, muss man das Karussell nicht mehr stoppen. Es gibt mehr als das, was die Wissenschaft erklären kann, es gibt Erklärungen über Herz und Seele hinaus.

Wir alle können aufhüpfen und runter hüpfen und das Geheimnis, den glamourösen und magischen Teil des Lebens genießen. Es geht darum das Karussell des Lebens selbst zu erleben.
