Colorful

Wishing for colors:
The energetic full red
The strong, deep blue
The happy shining yellow
And all the other colors of the rainbow
A wealth of dancing patterns
Vibrant shades and shapes

Because where I am right now
It is gray, dark, damp-cold and not very lively

And so I dive into my world
Of imagination, memories, dreams and feelings
Far away from here
Where life pulsates and shimmers
My thoughts are free
I’m free, looking for happiness
Escaping from everyday gray

Back to myself
I am a colorful dog
A weird bird
Sometimes the black sheep
I am stubborn
Myself
An individual
I have the choice
And so I put a flower in my hair
And meet the boring gray
With a colorful glowing smile

Ich wünsche mir Farben herbei:
Das energievolle Rot
Das kräftige, tiefe Blau
Das glückliche erstrahlende Gelb
Und alle anderen Farben des Regenbogens
Eine Fülle an tanzenden Mustern
Lebendige Schattierungen und Formen

Denn da, wo ich mich gerade befinde
Da ist es grau, düster, feucht-kalt und wenig lebendig

Und so tauche ich ab in meine Welt
Der Phantasie, Erinnerungen, Träume und Gefühle
Fern von hier
Wo das Leben pulsiert und schillert
Meine Gedanken sind frei
Ich bin frei, das Glück suchend…
Fort vom Alltagsgrau

Zurück zu mir
Ich bin ein bunter Hund
Ein schräger Vogel
Manchmal das schwarze Schaf
Ich bin eigensinnig, ich selbst
Ein Individuum
Ich habe die Wahl
Und so stecke ich mir mein Blümchen ins Haar
Und begegne dem langweiligen Grau
Mit einem bunten strahlenden Lächeln
