Progress in process

Currently I‘m stuffed with thoughts, experiences, emotions, questions and lots more. I can’t really get through it. You know this process as well: still analyzing, focusing, sharping my mind and looking for my way to leave past behind, while having learned from it.

I‘m taking my time. While doing so, I started a creative project. I decided to create a big piece of art for my office. Right now the office means a big white wall starring back at my colleague and me. My colleague already started decorating. I’m not there yet.

I got a big canvas at home and am going with the flow. After every day of work on this project, I‘m taking a picture to witness and capture the progress of healing.

So far it’s been three days only and it’s amazing! I’m already loving it.

It’s the dazzling details, It’s bubbly vibrant, alive and it keeps changing.

Der Fortschritt im Prozess

Momentan bin ich vollgestopft mit Gedanken, Erlebnissen, Emotionen, Fragen und vielem mehr. Ich komme da nicht wirklich durch. Du kennst diesen Prozess sicherlich auch: Ich analysiere weiter, konzentriere mich, schärfe meinen Geist und suche nach einem Weg, die Vergangenheit sein zu lassen, während ich gleichzeitig aus ihr lerne.

Ich lasse mir Zeit. Dabei habe ich ein kreatives Projekt gestartet. Ich beschloss, ein großes Kunstwerk für mein Büro zu schaffen. Im Moment bedeutet das Büro eine große weiße Wand, die meine Kollegin und mich anstarrt. Mein Kollegin hat bereits mit dem Dekorieren begonnen. Ich bin noch nicht soweit.

Ich habe eine große Leinwand für Zuhause besorgt und lasse mich von den Wellen tragen. Nach jedem Arbeitstag an diesem Projekt mache ich ein Foto, um den Heilungsfortschritt sichtbar zu machen und festzuhalten.

Bisher waren es nur drei Tage. Es ist unglaublich! Ich liebe es jetzt schon.

Es sind die schillernden Details, es ist lebendig, vibrierend und verändert sich ständig.
