Danish Ice-Cream

To all you Ice Cream Loving Criminals – being on vacation in Denmark, I certainly had to enjoy the local ice cream.

They do have theirs served in freshly backed cones, a few scoups of excellent ice cream (huge variety) and on top they put something called „Guf“. Interesting word, isn’t it!? This is the real deal: it is Marshmallow Cream, I had it in vanilla and strawberry flavor. Of course, you also have to add some sprinkles to it, no matter how old you are. I love it!

An alle Ice Cream Loving Criminals – im Urlaub in Dänemark habe ich natürlich das lokale Eis genossen.

Es wurde in frisch gebackenen Waffeln serviert, ein paar Kugeln ausgezeichneter Eiscreme (riesige Auswahl) und oben drauf kommt etwas namens “Guf”. Interessantes Wort, nicht wahr? Es ist besonders: eine Marshmallow Cream, ich hatte diese in Vanille- und Erdbeergeschmack. Natürlich dürfen zum Abschluss eine riesige Auswahl an Streuseln nicht fehlen, egal wie alt man ist. Ich liebe es!

Ohhh yessss … the Danish ice-cream is sooog good!! That`s one of the few thinks I remember from my childhood vacations over 40 years ago 😉
